Description

Produced in Northern Apulia from Peranzana olives, Muraglia olive oil is cold-pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure & balance. The result is a robust, medium-fruity green oil whose peppery flavour offers notes of artichoke and fennel. The region is also known for its distinctive pottery, which is appropriate as the oil is bottled in a hand-painted pottery vessel. 500ml
