Also known as  “sponge” or “morel,” this pasta doubles in size once cooked. Frilly edges hold sauce masterfully, making spugnole very popular amongst chefs. Try dousing it in a white wine and cream sauce with fresh herbs, just like you might with the mushroom of its namesake.


Organic durum wheat semolina and water.

Contains gluten, may contain traces of eggs, fish, and shellfish.
