Nastri Bio “Ribbon”

Description

Inspired by a stylish ribbon, the artisans at Marella have created a rough-textured and rustic pasta out of something quite dainty and delicate. It’s wonderful to imagine these colourful ribbons decorating the factory with their elegant drape as they take the mandatory 72 hours to dry. Each strand has been folded in half, making this pasta twice as long as it seems.


INGREDIENTS 

Organic durum wheat semolina, water, 4% of spinach if/green, paprika/orange, beetroot/violet, kurcuma/yellow. 2% Black sepia ink/black, 1% spirulina algie/blue.

Contains gluten, may contain traces of eggs, fish, and shellfish.
