We thank the vibrant fuchsia of beets for this gorgeous red pasta. Though it tastes nothing of the earthy root vegetable, its origins are inspiring. Let  yourself dream of roasted beets with sage and brown butter or a beet carpaccio with warm ricotta cheese and toasty walnuts. The ruby colour remains after cooking and the linguine will have a pleasant, chewy texture, and mild flavour.


Organic durum wheat semolina, water, and 4% of beetroot/violet.

Contains gluten, may contain traces of eggs, fish, and shellfish.
