Description
Each piece is hand-shaped into an olive leaf, giving Foglie di Ulivo its name. The gorgeous colour actually comes from spinach, not the olive tree, and it remains luminescent after cooking. While this pasta is flattened, the outer texture is roughened to create the surface area needed for optimal sauce absorption.
INGREDIENTS
Organic durum wheat semolina, water, 4% of paprika/orange.
Contains gluten, may contain traces of eggs, fish, and shellfish.
