Description
Made with BC Pinot and Chardonnay the Sparkling Ros� is not at all sweet light in body and enigmatic like rosehip tea or grapefruit peel. Textural and clean with a hint of pink peppercorn or distant berries on the nose. Serve lightly chilled.
