Description

Marella has preserved the rainbow in this pasta by kneading in dried vegetable powders including spinach, beet, and turmeric. Though the ridges are created to be rough and dramatic, they will succumb to cooking for a tender, toothsome texture. Its striking colours only brightens once cooked and the delicate flavour will meld with any sauce.

INGREDIENTS 
Organic durum wheat semolina, water, 4% of spinach if/green, paprika/orange, beetroot/violet, kurcuma/yellow. 2% Black sepia ink/black, and 1% spirulina algie/blue.

Contains gluten, may contain traces of eggs, fish, and shellfish.
