Description

Lingua di Suocera hand made in Italy using only organic Italian durum wheat semolina. Embellished with zebra striping created using squid ink. Drizzle with the beautiful Apulian olive oil, toss in a dollop of black truffle tapenade, garnish with Taggiasca olives and shavings of an 18 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Enjoy with a glass of sparkling Vendome Mademoiselle. For dessert enjoy our signature dark chocolate bar, created by Sirene, a local award winning chocolate maker.
