Description

Costa Esmeraldas is a family company owned and run entirely by the Salazar family. This one-of-a-kind estate farm was built on reclaimed cattle pasture. The farm is currently growing and will include 10 hectares of a traditional Esmeraldas cacao varietal that has been grown in isolation from the standard Nacional cacao grown in the rest of the world for over 100 years. This treat has a nutty floral taste.
