Samuel and Vincent, the two French expatriates in Vietnam, always tried to respect their rich Vietnamese cuisine. Ginger and lime is a classic combination widely used around the country. Creating a 69% dark chocolate with ginger and lime was simply a matter of cultural respect and celebration. All ingredients are from the same region, Ba Ria, forming a deep but refreshing acidic taste, with a lightly floral and spicy finish.
INGREDIENTS:
Cacao nibs, cane sugar, cacao butter, dried lime, and dried ginger.
Made in a facility that also processes coconut. Min cocoa 69%.
