This mole chilli dark chocolate bar, one of Artisan du Chocolat’s most successful, releases a complexity of flavours. This bar dances on your taste buds, created by refining South American ground cocoa beans with mole. It has a lot of depth and body, and it finishes with a good sun. The richness and elegance of this bar comes from the balance of flavours in mole.

INGREDIENTS: 
Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, mole (mulato, ancho, pasilla and chipotle chillies, almonds, tortilla, thyme, clove, coriander, all spice, hoja santa leaves), and soya lecithin.
**Contains: Dark chocolate minimum 70% cocoa content.
