From the ancient forest of Itenez, Bolivia. This cacao is fermented and dried, and finally dried again and sorted at the renowned Hacienda Tranquilidad. This bar is pleasantly complex with an earthy, bright, and yet chocolate-centric flavour profile.

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, and organic cocoa butter.
