Description

This chocolate creme brulee is based on a popular 18th century French dessert. ‘What exactly is creme brulee?’ you may wonder. Well, it is velvety smooth, with a rich taste of custard and vanilla, interspersed with caramel.  This bar elevates milk chocolate to a fine flavour and breaks the mould of tradition that considers milk chocolate as the bad cousin of dark chocolate.

INGREDIENTS: 
Sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, crème brûlée (20%) (skimmed milk, butter, sugar, natural flavours), cocoa beans, emulsifier: soya lecithin, and vanilla.
**Contains: Cow’s milk and soya. May contain traces of wheat, gluten and nuts.
